You will lead the end-to-end social media strategy for sports transmissions and creative entertainment campaigns in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch social strategies to grow sports accounts and build loyal online communities.
• Oversee creative ideation to deliver always-on social content that drives viewership for sports, movies, and series.
• Execute integrated activations by collaborating with brand, creative, paid social, PR, and synergy teams.
• Own paid media strategy for editorial boosting and define performance metrics to monitor account effectiveness.
• Foster real-time social conversations through reactive strategies and platform-specific activations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and strategy.
• Proven track record of managing multiple social channels including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Experience in SMO (Social Media Optimization) and driving community engagement.
• Ability to use business insights to make data-driven decisions and define customer-centric campaign goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage high volumes of content and multiple agencies.
• Experience managing influencers, players, and talent for content delivery.
• Ability to develop social strategy from scratch and manage both long-term planning and day-to-day editorial decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrated PR and brand synergy campaigns.
