Description

You will provide operational support and administration for Software AG products in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operations, installation, maintenance, and patch management for ADABAS, Predict, Natural, Natural Security, and EntireX.
  • Manage Predict, ADABAS, Natural, Natural Security, and EntireX administration tasks.
  • Execute file maintenance, backup, and restore operations in coordination with developer staff.
  • Collaborate with ZOS system staff on SAG product and ZOS upgrades.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product support or administration.
  • Deep expertise in ADABAS, Predict, Natural, Natural Security, and EntireX.
  • Advanced Natural programming skills.
  • Proven ability to design ADABAS files for performance and optimization.
  • Strong problem determination skills regarding the Software AG stack.
  • Proficient in ZOS JCL.
  • Working knowledge of CICS.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of SAG Webmethods.
