Description

Manage daily operations, installation, and maintenance of Software AG products within a z/OS environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations support for ADABAS, Predict, Natural, Natural Security, and EntireX.
• Perform product installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and patch management.
• Manage administration for Predict, ADABAS, Natural, Natural Security, and EntireX.
• Collaborate with developer staff on file maintenance and backup/restore requests.
• Coordinate with z/OS system staff on SAG product upgrades and z/OS system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep expertise in ADABAS and Predict administration (operational and installation).
• Strong Natural programming skills.
• Proficiency in Natural Security and EntireX administration.
• Ability to design ADABAS files for performance and optimization.
• Advanced z/OS JCL skills.
• Working knowledge of CICS.
• Strong problem determination skills regarding the SAG product stack.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SAG webMethods.
