Description

You will drive the architecture and technical direction for agentic AI systems and autonomous workflow design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade agentic AI capabilities, including planning, tool-use, memory, evaluation, and orchestration layers.
• Develop and operate distributed backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines for high-performance workloads.
• Evaluate emerging LLMs, agentic frameworks, and orchestration patterns for enterprise deployment.
• Lead technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-product AI initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead technical reviews focusing on autonomy, safety, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML and agentic AI workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of LLM systems and agentic architectures.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and end-to-end autonomous system design.
• Proficiency in building and operating APIs.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related engineering discipline.
