Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for projects of varying scales.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements.
• Define and design business flows and processes for small to medium-sized projects.
• Develop Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to manage technical project aspects.
• Identify operational problems and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or software analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience producing BRD documentation.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working within Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
