Description

You will design, develop, and support software applications for web, mobile, and wireless devices across various operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and client business processes to determine project feasibility and scope.
• Design and implement new software components, dynamic web pages, and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot applications using algorithms, database, and networking concepts.
• Manage the build and deployment process by writing Maven build files.
• Ensure information and network system security while identifying product improvements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with Android development and mobile/remote computing.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SOAP Web Services.
• Database management using SQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
• Experience with PowerShell and Maven build tools.
• Understanding of wireless networks, mobile computing, and internet programming.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Competency in software testing, quality assurance, and information security.
• Familiarity with RedHat, Unix, Linux Kernel, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Post-secondary coursework in wireless networks, database systems, data structures, and operating systems.
