Description

Own the release pipeline and operational health of assigned digital products. Drive system maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment across staging and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for incoming tickets and coordinate customer notifications while maintaining service level agreements.
• Execute operations and maintenance driven coding projects primarily using Python, Java, and web technologies.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to improve operational efficiency and support workflows.
• Generate system and support status reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Take ownership of one or more digital products, ensuring optimal performance and seamless handoff of active issues with support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and system maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies and software deployment.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and risk management.
• Experience managing staging and production environment releases.
• Familiarity with support ticket management systems and customer service workflows.
• Ability to generate technical status reports and maintain service level agreements.
