Description

You will provide technical support for software applications by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical and system problems via phone, email, or chat and test solutions.
• Troubleshoot client-server software issues involving various hardware and software components.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and using integration tools to customize products.
• Document issues fully and escalate them when necessary.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to the department's knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, computers, and general networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems.
• Ability to work during regular business hours from 5:30 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications, or analytical tools.
• Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
