Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver large-scale, production AI systems.
• Lead complex technical initiatives and mentor teammates.
• Design solutions that resolve customer issues while balancing technical excellence with business objectives.
• Determine architectural decisions supporting current needs and future scalability.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align on technical direction.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years in AI/ML systems architecture.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of training infrastructure, model serving, and MLOps pipelines.
• Extensive experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration.
• Strong command of Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, and LangChain.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, including real-time and batch processing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions using analytical thinking.
