You will design and build scalable frontend architectures, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and maintainability across complex web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement frontend solutions using HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript.
• Develop responsive interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue.js, leveraging build tools like Webpack.
• Ensure all deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to define usability guidelines and execute user research.
• Mentor junior developers on UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep proficiency in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and Git version control.
• Hands-on experience with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Proven track record implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Familiarity with debugging and performance analysis using browser developer tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with user research platforms (UserTesting.com, Lookback) and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira).
• Background in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
