Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex n-tier web applications and secure system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting for large-scale projects.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable n-tier web applications using modern programming principles.
• Perform database design, data modeling, and performance tuning within Oracle environments.
• Translate business requirements into formal technical documentation and application logic.
• Integrate services using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and secure .NET web services.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a lead developer performing systems design and security procedures.
• 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle, including PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, and triggers.
• 8+ years of experience in SOA application integration and .NET web services.
• 8+ years of experience writing formal technical documentation based on system requirements.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using .NET Core and MVC.
• 3+ years of experience following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and application security standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare data standards beyond HIPAA compliance.
