You will design and document system architectures for enterprise-wide health exchange systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support interconnecting business processes and software applications.
• Develop system architectures and software solutions for enterprise-wide needs.
• Research, document, and validate requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define and implement eligibility determination rules for state-based or federal health exchanges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 8+ years documenting and developing system architectures.
• 8+ years managing requirements and validation.
• 7+ years with NYS Affordable Care Act (ACA) or other state/federal health exchanges.
• 6+ years with health exchanges, focusing on eligibility and ACA rules.
• 6+ years developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• 6+ years with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 834 transactions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
