Description

You will design and build Agentic Automation solutions using RPA (UiPath), AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, reusable, and secure solution architectures that align with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership in integrating AI and automation tools within existing workflows.
• Lead the development of Proof of Concepts to assess feasibility and value of automation use cases.
• Mentor junior and senior developers, ensuring adherence to standard methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Automation Solution design.
• Strong expertise in UiPath, including Orchestrator, AI Center, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI (LLMs, AI Agents, Gen AI) with automation workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks).
• Ability to craft agentic automation architectures that leverage AI for decision-making.
• Experience evaluating and recommending AI technologies for specific use cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
