You will define and validate software architecture for complex embedded systems, ensuring technical viability and successful hardware-software integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define software requirements, including functional, operational, interface, and performance specifications for embedded solutions.
• Design comprehensive software architecture, detailing functional and structural breakdowns, interfaces, and dynamic behavior.
• Validate solution feasibility through modeling, simulation, or mock-ups to ensure technical viability before implementation.
• Lead software design activities and perform integration and testing, covering SW/SW and HW/SW components.
• Collaborate with Product Architects and System Engineering Managers to elaborate product specifications and make key technical choices for tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing and leading complex projects with deep expertise in embedded systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Strong background in RTOS, Linux, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and software architecture design.
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Engineering (IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VX Works, QNX, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as CENELEC SIL4 or DO178B.
• Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and hardware-based testing.
