Description

You will define and design the scalable automation platform architecture for multiple legacy Windows desktop products. You own the technical direction, ensuring extensibility and modularity across diverse UI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable, modular frameworks and lead hands-on development of core components using C# and .NET.
• Establish engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for the team.
• Drive technical decisions regarding frameworks, tools, and integration patterns.
• Design platform capabilities including test orchestration, plugin architecture, reporting, observability, parallel execution, and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor engineers, guide implementation, and ensure framework adoption across global teams in Germany and France.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with proven experience as an Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET with solid OOPS and system design knowledge.
• Experience building scalable frameworks or platforms from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Windows desktop applications and legacy system automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to work with global and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted development tools.
