Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to software architecture definition and technical specifications in collaboration with solution and system architects
• Design and develop high-quality software modules using C# and .NET technologies
• Define and establish software development toolchains and engineering standards
• Design, implement, and review microservices-based architectures
• Develop and execute software module testing, verification, and validation strategies
• Manage software artifacts under configuration and version control management
• Support software-hardware integration and system-level validation
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and automate development and release processes
• Standardize reusable components, frameworks, and development methodologies
• Ensure compliance with development processes, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure requirement traceability and alignment with system and product specifications
• Participate in technology evaluations and innovation initiatives (tech watch)

Experience Required:

• 12 - 15 years of experience in software design and development using C# and Microservices architecture
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET 5 or above, and distributed system design
• Strong experience in Microservices, REST APIs, and scalable backend architecture
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms
• Experience in multithreading, XML processing, UML, and design patterns implementation
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Experience developing Helm charts and Kubernetes operators (preferred)
• Knowledge of system design methodologies such as V-cycle, SysML, and requirement management
• Strong knowledge of security protocols including SSL/TLS, certificates, secrets management, and network security
• Understanding of networking concepts such as routing, load balancing, redundancy, DR, VPN, and firewall architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architecture decision-making skills
• Experience working in matrix or cross-functional global organizations
