Description

You will define and design the scalable automation platform architecture for multiple legacy Windows desktop products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, ensuring extensibility and modularity across diverse UI technologies.
• Design reusable, modular frameworks and lead hands-on development of core components using C# and .NET.
• Establish engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for the team.
• Design platform capabilities including test orchestration, plugin architecture, reporting, observability, parallel execution, and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor engineers, guide implementation, and ensure framework adoption across global teams in Germany and France.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with proven experience as an Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET with solid OOPS and system design knowledge.
• Experience building scalable frameworks or platforms from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Windows desktop applications and legacy system automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to work with global and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted development tools.
