Define software architecture, specifications, and integration strategies for complex embedded systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product and system specifications, collaborating with product architecture and ownership teams.
• Define software requirements including functional, operational, interface, and performance constraints, ensuring testability.
• Elaborate functional and structural breakdowns into components, allocate requirements, and define interfaces.
• Arbitrate major design choices, define dynamic behavior, and validate feasibility via simulation and mock-ups.
• Lead software integration and verification, including SW/SW, SW/HW integration tests, and pre-V&V validation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in product and software development, preferably in complex embedded systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust for designing and implementing software components and reusable code.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and design for distributed software systems.
• Experience with Virtualization applied to software development and deployment environments.
• Ability to execute architecture-to-delivery: defining interfaces, integration strategy, and verification approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment and orchestration.
