Description

You will lead the technical vision and architectural design for custom healthcare software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams to ensure architectural integrity and adherence to design blueprints.
• Design technical concepts covering network, infrastructure, security, persistence, and frontend layers.
• Evaluate and select software development technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Collaborate with near-shore/off-shore teams, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to ensure health regulation compliance.
• Communicate technical requirements to project managers, product owners, and security architects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, focusing on native mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Deep understanding of mobile OS technical characteristics and application frameworks.
• Proven experience in database design, data modeling, and writing technical concepts.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, C#, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with CI/CD tech stacks such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards like HL7/FHIR, OMOP, xDT, or openEHR.
• Familiarity with German healthcare landscapes (TI, HIS, LIMS) and agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid or web-based solutions.
• Master's degree or advanced technical certifications.
