You will serve as the technical lead for implementing software solutions across the project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and estimate effort for complex solutions.
• Influence design and functionality decisions to ensure projects meet budget, time, and customer expectations.
• Provide technical support for Wholesale Electricity Market Management (MMS) applications.
• Act as a technical leader or mentor on complex, integrated customer implementations.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in an MMS technical lead role.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with an Independent System Operator (ISO) organization, Market Participant, or wholesale markets vendor.
• Expert knowledge of Market Management Systems (MMS).
• Strong understanding of Unit Commitment and Economic Dispatch.
• Hands-on experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and fixing problems on MMS.
• Strong knowledge of Power System applications.
• Proficiency applying architecture development processes across the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to deploy in on-premise and/or cloud-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD, and source control management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Git and Mav.
