Description

You will lead the architectural design and development of Battery Management System (BMS) software and controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BMS software architectures and control logic.
• Develop embedded software using C and model-based design tools.
• Execute MIL/SIL testing workflows to validate control algorithms.
• Integrate Basic Software (BSW) within the embedded environment.
• Analyze BMS hardware requirements across HV and LV domains.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Battery Management System (BMS) software and controls.
• Proficiency with Matlab, Simulink, and Stateflow.
• Experience with Embedded Coder, MIL, and SIL methodologies.
• Strong background in embedded software development using C.
• Foundational knowledge of Basic Software (BSW).
• Understanding of BMS hardware architectures, including HV and LV components.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
