You will design and manage technical architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain forms, workflows, cloud integrations, and third-party integrations.
Build a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance using ServiceNow capabilities.
Automate processes and expand IT Self-Service Portal functionality for additional departments.
Monitor platform health to proactively identify concerns and perform regular maintenance.
Support incident, problem, change, asset, project, and security management processes.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience managing, developing, or administering large-scale ServiceNow environments.
Proficiency with ITSM, ITIL concepts, and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITAM, and SPM.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 2 years of ITIL implementation experience.
Alternatively, an Associate degree in a related field with 4 years of ITIL implementation experience.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
