Description

You will design and manage technical architectures within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain forms, workflows, and cloud or third-party integrations.
• Build a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Automate processes and expand IT Self-Service Portal functionality for additional departments.
• Monitor platform health to proactively identify concerns and perform regular maintenance.
• Support incident, problem, change, asset, project, and security management processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing, developing, or administering large-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITIL concepts, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITAM, and SPM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 2 years of ITIL implementation experience.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• Ability to maintain working relationships with staff, users, management, and vendors.
