You define the technical direction and structure for complex SaaS applications across legacy and modern systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect .NET Core services and APIs while improving patterns in existing .NET Framework applications.
• Define Angular architecture and shared UI patterns across multiple TMS products.
• Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, indexing, security, and performance.
• Drive DevOps maturity through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing.
• Communicate architectural trade-offs to senior technical and business leaders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise software experience with deep .NET Core, C#, and distributed-system expertise.
• 4+ years in architectural responsibility, covering patterns, standards, or system design.
• Strong Angular experience capable of setting UI architecture direction.
• Advanced SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning and secure data design.
• Solid DevOps grounding: CI/CD, IaC, automated tests, and observability.
• Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions in hybrid legacy/modern environments.
• Experience improving legacy systems or modularizing large codebases.
• Familiarity with event-driven or message-based patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to accelerate coding and analysis.
