Description

You will lead the design and implementation of software architecture and DevOps strategies to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture by breaking down functional components and defining interfaces between them.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and oversee cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Define software requirements, including functional, operational, and performance specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on design choices and coding strategies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and cloud-native deployments.
• Expertise in DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Proven ability in people management and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in system integration and performance optimization.
• Experience defining and validating software requirements and traceability.
