Software Architect - Expert

You will lead architectural transitions and data integrity efforts for large-scale health exchange systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition of consumers from Welfare Management Systems (WMS) to NYS health exchange or similar MAGI-based eligibility systems.
• Resolve complex data discrepancies between NYS health exchange and state-based systems including eMedNY, WMS, KIDS, and OTDA.
• Oversee eligibility determination rules and Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance within state or federal health exchanges.
• Support IT operations for infrastructure deployments and environments exceeding 100 million dollars.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience with NYS health exchange, or other State-based or Federal health exchange systems.
• 84 months of experience with MAGI-based eligibility systems and ACA rules.
• 84 months of experience managing EDI 834 transactions for Medicaid, CHP, and Essential Plan recipients.
• 72 months of experience resolving data discrepancies across eMedNY, WMS, KIDS, and OTDA.
• 84 months of experience supporting 100-million-dollar plus infrastructure deployments.
• 24 months of experience using Splunk.
• Splunk Fundamental Part-1 and Splunk User Behavior Analytics e-Learning Course Completion Certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and IBM Rational Suite.
• Any Graduate degree.
