Description

Drive the technical vision and architectural roadmap for a web-based SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality prototypes and POCs to guide development teams.
• Partner with executive management and product leaders to align technology strategy with business trends.
• Coordinate the design and integration of major new capabilities into the product line.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of architects and software developers.
• Establish systems and processes for producing software that adheres to core architecture principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in all phases of the software development life cycle within a web-based SaaS environment.
• Proven experience leading software development teams using Agile methods.
• Deep understanding of product design for complex systems or web-based enterprise platforms.
• Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices, including containers, configuration management, monitoring, and automation.
• Proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as ElasticSearch.
• Experience with data streaming and messaging technologies like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience and interest in legacy modernization.
• Familiarity with emerging open source technologies.
