Description

You will design and own application architectures for complex, high-revenue, and strategic maintenance projects across multiple technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design system architectures and sub-systems by analyzing business requirements and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Guide and review technical delivery by internal teams at the program level to ensure technical soundness.
• Architect reusable frameworks, tools, and artifacts to drive delivery efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, analyze cost-benefit trade-offs, and identify architectural strategies.
• Mentor technical specialists, manage their performance, and support technical skill building and hiring.
• Support sales and business development by contributing technical architecture estimations and risk assessments to RFPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Core Java proficiency.
• Python and SQL.
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Data Modeling.
• RESTful Web Services.
• Cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Event streaming with Kafka.
• CI/CD implementation using Jenkins.
• Ability to analyze gaps and trade-offs within current system contexts and industry practices.
