Description

You will design system architectures and own application solutions across multiple technologies for complex, high-revenue, and strategic maintenance projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architectures and define sub-systems based on user stories and non-functional requirements.
• Guide and review technical delivery by internal teams at the program level.
• Architect frameworks, tools, and reusable components to improve delivery efficiency.
• Analyze application landscapes and cost-benefit trade-offs to define architectural strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor technical specialists, manage their performance, and support team skill building.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise in Java/JEE, Struts, JSF, or Hibernate.
• Experience with Mainframe or legacy technology environments.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of TCP protocols.
• Ability to gather requirements and define non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Experience in technical mentoring and managing performance for engineers.
• Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and evaluate architectural trade-offs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to technical proposals and RFP processes.
• Ability to publish technical white papers, blogs, or reusable artifacts.
