Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, manage Kubernetes/EKS clusters, and build scalable, secure automation solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services including EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, and S3.
• Manage and operate Kubernetes/EKS clusters, handling deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and support document generation or automation solutions using SmartDocument.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and capacity, proactively resolving issues and executing backup and recovery procedures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda).
• 5+ years managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes/EKS, including deployments and configuration.
• 5+ years experience with document generation or automation platforms such as SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, or Adobe PDF Services.
• 5+ years experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• 5+ years scripting skills for system automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years experience with CI/CD frameworks and pipeline software such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools: Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Required AWS certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NGINX Ingress/Gateway, Fluent Bit, pgvector, Keycloak, KEDA, MongoDB, Helm, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
