Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions while managing end-to-end project lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop software solutions to address critical hardware and software interface challenges.
• Lead software development projects, including planning, tracking, and scheduling all deliverables.
• Design, code, debug, and test new application software or enhancements to existing systems.
• Document all aspects of applications, including operational procedures and system specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing, coding, and debugging application software at all levels.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects and managing deliverables.
• 3+ years of experience locating and resolving complex issues within software systems.
• 3+ years of experience communicating technical requirements across management and departmental levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring application performance to ensure proper execution and system stability.
