Description

You will design and implement architectural frameworks for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) within biopharmaceutical processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for LIMS and associated enterprise systems.
• Lead LIMS implementations, including system configurations, customizations, and data migrations.
• Integrate LIMS with existing laboratory and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, CLIA, and CAP.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture or related roles.
• Deep understanding of LIMS functionality, including sample tracking and data management.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for custom solutions and integrations.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Understanding of microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments to mitigate regulatory compliance risks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating technical requirements to lab managers, IT teams, and regulatory affairs.
