Description

You will design, implement, and consolidate on-premise data marts and warehouse systems across the full project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new data marts and consolidate existing structures using Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ETL data pipelines and source system extraction processes.
• Build, operationalize, and maintain prediction models and BI dashboards using Spotfire.
• Establish written best practices for data modeling and maintain comprehensive documentation for DW/DM and ETL processes.
• Implement graph databases and knowledge graphs to support data architecture.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience in data modeling and designing Data Marts/Data Warehouses using Star and Snowflake schemas within the insurance industry.
• 84 months of experience designing and implementing ML, predictive, and AI systems.
• 84 months of experience with Spotfire Analyst and Web Player using Iron Python, Python, JavaScript, and R.
• 84 months of experience developing end-to-end ETL pipelines using IBI Data Migrator or similar tools.
• 84 months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including triggers, stored procedures, packages, and advanced query optimization.
• 36 months of experience with Graph Databases using Neo4j, Cypher, and GDS.
• 48 months of experience implementing data governance programs, including data management, quality, and lineage.
• 24 months of experience in the Workers' Compensation Insurance industry (Medical Billing, Claims, DBL, PFL, Underwriting, Premium, and payroll).
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
