Description

You will define the architectural strategy and vision for the Platform Engineering team, bridging business objectives with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and technical vision in collaboration with business leaders and delivery teams.
• Act as a product owner and individual contributor, driving solution discovery and technical specification creation.
• Conduct design reviews and maintain a standardized repository of patterns and technologies to establish paved roads for delivery teams.
• Mentor engineers and participate in the technology interview process to ensure team quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, React, and Azure.
• Proven experience working with enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong background in solution design and technical specification development.
• Experience managing architectural roadmaps across multiple projects or teams.
• Ability to collaborate directly with senior engineering and product leadership.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
