Description

Design complex automotive head units and oversee system architecture for safety-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Design automotive head units using Linux, Android, or QNX operating systems.
• Architect systems integrating ADAS sensor technologies including LiDAR, Radar, and Video.
• Integrate relevant actuators such as brake, steering, and powertrain systems.
• Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams to deliver technical specifications on time.
• Manage component architecture and communicate complex system concepts across teams.

Required Skills

• 10 to 16 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Virtualization technologies and Hypervisors.
• Proficiency with Linux, Android, or QNX operating systems.
• Experience with ADAS sensor technologies (LiDAR, Radar, Video).
• Deep understanding of functional safety (ISO26262) and security mechanisms.
• Knowledge of low-level OS functionality including memory management, scheduling, and process control.
• Familiarity with high-level real-time and embedded applications.
• Understanding of state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
