Description

You will architect and lead complex enterprise systems for large-scale IT initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects ensuring successful delivery across large-scale IT initiatives.
• Manage the system development life cycle, IT service provisioning, and application infrastructure.
• Lead continuity of operations programs and disaster recovery planning in high-stakes environments.
• Coordinate technology teams for significant projects within financial or government taxation organizations.
• Provide technical design, development, and maintenance for complex Tax Return processing systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software development experience in Java, .NET, or Cobol.
• Deep experience with IBM technologies: WebSphere Application Server (WAS), DB2, MQSeries, JCL, and DataStage.
• 8+ years managing large-scale IT projects, including enterprise-wide system implementations.
• Experience managing teams of 25+ people in an IT leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in a Government Taxation organization environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application architecture and development in Java, .NET, and Cobol.
