Description

You will define and implement the technical direction for complex enterprise systems, owning the architecture of .NET, Angular, and SQL Server components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build .NET Core services and APIs while refactoring legacy .NET Framework applications.
• Define Angular architecture and establish shared UI patterns across multiple products.
• Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, procedures, indexing, and security for performance.
• Establish API standards, security patterns, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Drive DevOps maturity through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise software experience with deep expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• 2+ years in a formal architectural role defining patterns or system design.
• Strong Angular experience capable of setting UI architecture direction.
• Advanced SQL Server expertise covering performance tuning, indexing, and secure data design.
• Hands-on experience building scalable cloud systems in Azure or AWS.
• Solid grounding in DevOps principles: CI/CD, IaC, automated tests, and observability.
• Experience making pragmatic architectural decisions in hybrid legacy/modern environments.
• Daily comfort leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate development and analysis.
