Responsibilities

• Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection and target state architecture.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business strategy and architectural priorities.
• Build complex, durable, and reusable coding frameworks to improve output quality.
• Communicate technical solutions and architectural decisions to senior leaders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in data management concepts.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to solve complex technical problems.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of software, applications, and architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture and technical processes.
• In-depth knowledge in Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
