Description

You will design and implement Hammer call automation solutions for contact center environments, covering cloud and on-premise deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Hammer call automation solutions for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop test scripts, automation workflows, and performance test cases for IVR, SIP, VoIP, and telephony applications.
• Integrate Hammer solutions into existing CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks using APIs and databases.
• Conduct load, stress, and regression testing for voice and digital communication channels.
• Investigate call quality, latency, and failure issues via Hammer logs and call trace analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Hammer Call Automation Software (on-premise or cloud).
• Expertise in voice testing, IVR testing, and contact center performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, PSTN, and WebRTC protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and SQL databases.
• Experience deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and test automation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark or SIPp.
• Knowledge of contact center platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, or Five9.
