Description

You will manage the software lifecycle for end-user applications across on-premise and SaaS environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks to support the full software lifecycle for in-scope applications and publishers.
• Work with assigned business owners to manage application lifecycles.
• Assist in developing and improving Software Asset Management (SAM) policies, processes, and procedures.
• Apply project coordination skills to support internal customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flexera.
• Knowledge of CSAM.
• Project coordination or project management skills.
• Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• IAITAM CSAM certification.
• Flexera One experience.
• Flexera App Broker experience.
