Build and maintain an enterprise-wide software inventory by integrating financial, contractual, and usage data to support license optimization and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the enterprise software inventory, ensuring data accuracy across financial, contractual, usage, and ownership domains.
• Design and implement scalable processes for software asset data normalization, deduplication, and classification.
• Integrate and reconcile data across Zylo, OpenLM, SAP GL, Coupa, and procurement systems.
• Maintain and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and lifecycle traceability.
• Generate structured reporting and insights to support vendor negotiations, compliance audits, and executive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Proficiency with asset platforms such as Zylo, Snow, Flexera, OpenLM, or ServiceNow SAM.
• Expertise in data modeling, system integration, and cross-platform reconciliation.
• Experience designing structured reporting, dashboards, and data governance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
