You manage the lifecycle of IT assets and software investments to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses, versions, and deployments.
• Monitor license usage and enforce adherence to agreements to resolve non-compliance.
• Analyze usage patterns to implement optimization strategies like co-terming.
• Prepare documentation and reports on entitlements, deployments, and compliance status.
• Drive version control and application end-of-support awareness through research.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software asset management.
• Understanding of database normalization and relationship dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing software renewals and lifecycle optimization.
• Ability to perform risk analysis related to software assets.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
