Description

You will manage and implement software asset management processes using ServiceNow and related platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow SAM Pro modules, including data models, tables, and workflows.
• Integrate SaaS applications and manage SSO integrations.
• Automate processes, custom SLAs, and notifications using Flow Designer and workflows.
• Configure UI policies, data policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Manage discovery and CMDB data using tools like ADDM, BigFix, or SCCM.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow SAM or Snow Software.
• CIS Certification in SAM Pro and ITSM.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
• Experience with licensing models and publisher licensing for Microsoft and Oracle.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery and CMDB.
• Advanced use of MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with various inventory and discovery solutions such as BigFix or SCCM.
