Description

You will lead the implementation of the Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management, and Contract Management modules within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop business processes and execute planning tasks to implement SAM, HAM, and Contract Management modules.
• Manage software models, entitlements, discovery models, normalization, and reconciliation processes to generate Effective License Positions (ELPs).
• Create and execute project plans to manage software licensing, subscriptions, and compliance.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage software audits and contract requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, Software License Management, or Software Audit Defense.
• 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, SNOW, or Aspera.
• Hands-on experience with discovery tools including SCCM and Intune.
• Deep knowledge of licensing models and EULAs for Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Micro Focus, Salesforce.com, VMware, and Adobe.
• Proficiency in managing on-premises and cloud-based licensing metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google, and IBM.
• Familiarity with ITIL business methods and techniques.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and dispute resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) certification.
