Drive software asset management operations and compliance strategies as a technical expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate license compliance positions for major vendors including Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle.
• Plan for software renewals and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage software harvesting, optimization processes, and day-to-day SAM operations.
• Handle technical escalations, resource planning, and team mentoring.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience with ServiceNow SAM or Snow Software.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro module, data structure, and ServiceNow platform/ITSM.
• ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS certification.
• Deep understanding of licensing models for Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, or SAP.
• Experience with discovery and inventory solutions such as ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, or ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, and Service Request Management.
• Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with team training and resource planning.
