Description

You will provide engineering expertise and architectural guidance for software asset management products across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Interface with product support and development groups to resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform customer site break-fix activities remotely or on-site using consistent methodologies.
• Provide second-level support for problem resolution, including the reproduction of customer issues.
• Support pre-sales teams with product demonstrations and advice on architectural design, functionality, and integration.
• Lead project implementation teams to integrate products at customer sites and deliver technical training to customers and third-party engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software asset management or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with USU LIMA.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Experience with Flexera.
• Proven ability to perform break-fix activities.
• Experience supporting alpha and beta programs.
• Ability to maintain detailed site documentation and provide feedback to development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading project implementation teams for product integration.
