Description

You will manage the lifecycle and configuration of internal software assets to ensure cost-effective governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software and license lifecycle, including auditing and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain the CMDB to accurately track and supervise all software assets.
• Interface with users, procurement, technical product owners, and finance teams to ensure data integrity.
• Drive software optimization through utilization reporting and re-harvesting.
• Establish, document, and improve governance processes and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software and Licensing Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Direct experience managing CMDB and SAM processes.
• Deep understanding of the IT asset management lifecycle.
• Proficiency with ITSM tooling and Service Level Management/SLAs.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft product suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical project requirement understanding.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and process guides.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing analytical reporting to support business objectives.
