Description

You will manage the enterprise software portfolio to optimize value, control costs, and minimize risk for software and SaaS investments.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise license true-ups and reconciliations in coordination with software owners.
• Collect and maintain accurate licensing information regarding budgeting, compliance, inventory, and contracts.
• Provide support during software publisher audits and recommend audit defense initiatives.
• Identify savings opportunities through software re-harvesting and license optimization.
• Develop reports covering entitlements, installations, usage, renewals, and procurement status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software asset management.
• Expertise with ServiceNow SAM Pro is required.
• Deep knowledge of product use rights for Microsoft, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of asset management tools and technologies.
• Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of quantitative data.
• Familiarity with hardware technology, configurations, and virtualization.

• Experience using Flexera.
