Description

Design, automate, and execute software tests for complex Healthcare Information Systems to ensure products meet end-user requirements and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Python or Java.
• Execute automated test scripts for UI and API layers to validate functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results to identify software defects and enhance future test scenarios.
• Document and report defects using TFS, Jira, or HP QC to development teams.
• Create test plans and reports to communicate scope, risk, and defect analysis to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of combined experience in software engineering, testing, or development.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for writing automation frameworks and scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and general Test Automation practices.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with UI and API automation testing.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language: C/C++, Perl, or VBScript.
• Ability to perform network/application troubleshooting across various operating systems and browsers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and analyzing large healthcare-related datasets.
