Description

You will manage source code repositories and automate deployment processes for NC FAST and Child Welfare applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and upgrade Bitbucket, GIT, and SVN source code repositories.
• Automate branch and merge processes by preparing and executing automation scripts.
• Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for build and deployment tasks.
• Support Linux administration efforts for AWS EC2 instances.
• Troubleshoot branching, merging, and code repository issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AIX, RHEL, and Windows Server 2008.
• 5+ years of experience administering J2EE applications in WebSphere (8/9), Apache Tomcat, and JBoss.
• 5+ years of experience in J2EE application hosting, VM tuning, application tracing, and debugging.
• 5+ years of experience with J2EE build tools including Ant, Maven, and Ivy.
• 3+ years of experience with automation technologies such as Ansible, UNIX shell scripting, Perl, or Python.
• 2+ years of experience or certification in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of Bitbucket/Git configurations, branching, and merging.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with full CI/CD pipeline implementation.
